Emps-Scape Donation - Terms of Service

Emps-Scape costs money to operate and we therefore accept donations for keeping up the server. In return for donating, you will receive as many donator tickets as you have donated for. (One donator ticket is 3€)

You may not request back your donation, unless you send an e-mail to emps@aon.at, explaining why you wish your money to be returned. This does not guarantee a refund, but we will return your money, if you have a valid reason! Furthermore, bear in mind that if you return a donation, you will also have to hand in the items that you have donated for. If you cannot fulfill this postulation, you can not refund your donation.

Using PayPal for reclaiming your donation will directly result in a ban of your account/s, without having the opportunity of appealing. Moreover, we will not refund your donation in this case. Send an e-mail to emps@aon.at, if you wish to refund your donation!

All donations are used to pay for the server and are not used for the monetary gain of the Emps-Scape staff. We do not sell the donator items, but sell the service of updating the appropriate entries to the database. We reserve the right to ban and remove items at any time if there is a suspicion of rule breaking or fraud. A donation does not give you immunity to our rules!
